Payment methods

The optofix company offers you the possibility of paying your order in one of the following ways:

A) Receipt and payment at the physical store.

You can place your order online, pick it up and pay the bill at our physical store 6.5km of Provincial Road Thessaloniki – Lagada (opposite TITAN) without any additional financial charge.

B) Cash on delivery.

Payment by cash on delivery (cash only) is made to the courier company’s employee upon receipt of the products. In this case the customer is charged an additional fee of 1.60 euros (including VAT 24%).

C) By deposit in a bank account of the company.

In case of a deposit to a bank account, you must indicate in your deposit as a reason the number of your order and optionally your full name.

After depositing the money in the bank account, you can inform us about your deposit by phone at 0030 2310242223 or by sending the proof of deposit by e-mail to info@optofix.gr to complete your order.

D) By charging your credit card.

The charge to your credit card is made by entering your order on the date of completion. All necessary measures have been taken in our system to ensure the security of your credit card transactions. Your transactions are protected by the highest online security systems which guarantee a secure trading environment. All information related to your transactions and your personal details is secure and confidential, as is the case with all Eurobank services. Your bank account or credit card data is stored only in encrypted form on Eurobank’s computers and databases, without a direct connection to the internet.

Safety of transactions

All payments made by card are processed through the “Nexi e-Commerce” e-payment platform and uses TLS1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (SecureSocketsLayer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
