Returns Policy

Withdrawal – Product Returns – Consumer Rights You have the right to return the products you have purchased within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products.The amount that will be refunded to you corresponds to the net value of the product, i.e. without including shipping costs and the cost of replacement.

Returns are accepted provided that:

• You contacted our online store the same day or the next working day.
• The products are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without having been unsealed or the packaging has been tampered with.
• The product is accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.

For your desire to return the products you have purchased from our online store, you must notify us by phone at 00302310242223 or by email at info@optofix.gr with the subject “Return Order Request” indicating the date/number of the purchase document and the reason for the return within the above deadline. To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, etc.). In case you find a defect, you must contact our online store immediately after delivery on the same day or the next working day at 0030 2310242223 or by e-mail at info@optofix.gr.

The provisions of the Civil Code apply to the treatment of defects or deficiencies of agreed qualities in the goods sold. In order for a property to be considered agreed, it must be certified as such in writing by both parties.

In case of returning the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way you will return them, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products. The refund can be made by crediting your account that you will notify optofix.

This Agreement does not affect any consumer rights provided by law.
